Carleigh Kinnaird was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 14 batters over nine innings while giving up three earned runs off eight hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in October of 2023. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-5 with a double and an RBI.
In other batting news, Neosho got a big performance out of Sadee Leach, who went 2-for-4 with a home run. Another player making a difference was Autumn Kinnaird, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances.
