Benjamin Wilcox Drops League-Best Effort on Saturday
Starting off the list is Woonsocket's Benjamin Wilcox, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Saturday Wilcox rushed for 14 yards and two touchdowns. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023.
Woonsocket is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4. Their homestand will continue as they prepare to take on Shea at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Peno Came Up Big in South Kingstown's 27-21 Loss
South Kingstown had to settle for second on Thursday, but Dante Peno sure wasn't going down easily. Peno was unstoppable, rushing for 80 yards and two touchdowns.
South Kingstown moved to 4-1 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak. Peno and South Kingstown are on the road again on Friday to play East Providence at 6:00 p.m.

Ariel Medina Makes It Two for Woonsocket
Another Woonsocket player making an appearance on this list is Ariel Medina. He rushed for 81 yards on only 11 carries, and also picked up 55 receiving yards.incredibly, Medina got all that yardage with just one huge grab
