On Friday Evergreen take on Orting at 8:00 PM. Evergreen come in off of three low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the squad is obviously eager to reverse.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 8-56, which was the final score in Evergreen's tilt against Clover Park last Friday.
Meanwhile, after having lost a blowout to Steilacoom in their previous contest, Orting were happy to find some success. Orting were the clear victor by a 31-7 margin over Highline. With Orting ahead 21-0 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Orting's win lifted them to 1-2 while Evergreen's defeat dropped them down to 0-3. We'll see if Orting's success rolls on or if Evergreen are able to steal their positive momentum.
