Raleigh Christian Academy strolled into their game  on Monday with a perfect  record and they left with the same. They walked away with  a   3-1  win over the Shining Light Academy Knights.
 The  victory didn't come easy: Shining Light Academy scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-23, 22-25, 25-18,  25-19.
Leading Raleigh Christian Academy to victory were  Alyssa Wagenschutz and  Jenna Hopkins.  Wagenschutz  had 18  kills, eight  digs,  and seven  aces, while  Hopkins  had seven  digs and four  aces. Those  seven  digs gave  Hopkins a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Madison Jones, who  had 17  kills and one  block.
 They weren't the only good server: Raleigh Christian Academy  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 22  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least 15  aces in three consecutive  games.
Raleigh Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Shining Light Academy, their defeat was  their third straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 3-7.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Raleigh Christian Academy will welcome Greater Vision Academy  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, Shining Light Academy and White Plains Christian will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another  at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
