Lakeside Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jalen Jackson led the charge by dropping a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds. That's the first time this season that Jackson pulled down eight or more rebounds. Nijaun Harris was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with five rebounds and four blocks.
Canterbury has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season. As for Lakeside Christian, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-5.
