Becton will challenge Butler on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. The MaxPreps rankings say the odds are against Becton, but that can only make success all the sweeter.
Becton have had to suffer through a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took their game against Saddle Brook last Saturday 14-0.
Meanwhile, Butler put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They were the clear victor by a 38-12 margin over Dunellen. The match was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Butler had established a 31-0 advantage.
Their wins bumped Butler to 4-1 and Becton to 2-3. While both teams are coming in off of wins, only one will triumph this week. Who will it be ? Check back in with MaxPreps after the game is over for details.
