The Buckeye Hawks''s three-game losing streak came to an end on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 45-19 margin over St. Mary's. The result was nothing new for Buckeye, who have now won three matches by 20 points or more so far this season.
Darius Haskin was his usual excellent self, picking up 275 receiving yards and five touchdowns. Haskin was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 68 yards. Zachary Bennett was another key contributor, throwing for 148 yards and three touchdowns while completing 91.7% of his passes.
Buckeye's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for St. Mary's, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
