Smith has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last 12 times she's played. Alayah Jefferson was another key contributor, scoring three points along with four steals.
Lockland's defeat was their 11th straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-18. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 20.5 points per game. As for Miami Valley Christian Academy, the win got them back to even at 10-10.
