The Larimore Polar Bears scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 64-48 victory over Wyndmere/Lidgerwood. Winning may never get old, but Larimore sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Michael Myers continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 21 points and 20 rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jace Collison, who scored 13 points along with five steals.
Larimore's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Wyndmere/Lidgerwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-7.
Larimore will be playing in front of their home fans against New Rockford-Sheyenne at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in New Rockford-Sheyenne's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three contests. As for Wyndmere/Lidgerwood, they will head out on the road to take on Richland at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Richland is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home.
