Stafford will challenge Chase on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
If Stafford were riding high off their 62-14 takedown of Minneola two weeks ago, that ride came to an abrupt end. Stafford were given a punishing 0-50 loss at the hands of Otis-Bison. Stafford were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-38.
Meanwhile, it was all tied up at halftime, but Chase weren't quite Bucklin's equal in the second half when they met last week. Chase found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 6-38 punch to the gut against Bucklin.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous game, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
