Lexington took care of business in their home opener. They took their game against Quincy Notre Dame on Friday 32-22.
Lexington's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 16 points in the first half. Meanwhile, Quincy Notre Dame couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 16-0 heading into the break. Lexington were outperformed in the second half 16-22 but had enough in reserve from the first to take the contest. This was the first game for both teams, giving Lexington a 1-0 record and starting Quincy Notre Dame off at 0-1.
