Several Rams players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Riley Ellis, who scored 16 points. That was a full 41% of Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Phineas Green was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Training Center Christian found their leader in underclassman Creed Lopez, who scored 26 points along with five rebounds and five steals. Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy's defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Training Center Christian, their win bumped their record up to 10-7.

As for Training Center Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Christ Prep Academy at 5:00 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in their respective states (Christ Prep Academy is ranked 394th in Kansas, while Training Center Christian is ranked 410th in Missouri).
