Bishop Snyder is 0-3 against Bolles since March of 2015 but things could change on Thursday. The Cardinals will host the Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. Bishop Snyder will be looking to extend their current ten-game winning streak.
While Bishop Snyder's victory against Bartram Trail wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cardinals narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Bears 3-1.

Cody Boshell spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on four hits and racked up six Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Bishop Snyder's victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Jack Perry, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.
Meanwhile, Bolles never let their opponents score on Wednesday. Everything went their way against St. Joseph Academy as they made off with an 8-0 win. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Flashes recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.
Levi Pietschker looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched.
At the plate, Rylan Baker was excellent, scoring a run while going 3-for-4. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Ford McCarthy, who went 2-for-4 with one triple, one double, and one RBI.
Bishop Snyder's win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-5. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Bolles, their win bumped their record up to 16-7.
Bishop Snyder might still be hurting after the 9-1 defeat they got from Bolles in their previous matchup back in March of 2023. Will the Cardinals have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the match for a full breakdown of the game, commentary, and other baseball content.
