First Baptist Christian's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were the victim of a rough 48-28 defeat at the hands of Schlarman.
Schlarman found their leader in underclassman Addison Forsyth, who scored 21 points along with seven assists and six steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Forsyth has scored at least a third of Schlarman's points. Reagan Troglia was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with six steals.
First Baptist Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Schlarman, their victory ended a 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-10.
First Baptist Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Schlarman won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against the Bearcats at 6:00 p.m. on January 31st. Milford is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.
