Schaeffer Academy is 2-8 against the Athletics since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. Lyle/Pacelli took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Schaeffer Academy, who comes in off a win.
Last Tuesday, Schaeffer Academy beat the Cardinals 53-42.

Morrisey has been hot recently, having posted three or more blocks the last six times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Winona Morgan, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 14 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Lyle/Pacelli had to suffer through a rough 54-24 loss at the hands of the Burros.

Schaeffer Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their game against the Athletics in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, but they still walked away with a 37-32 victory. Will Schaeffer Academy repeat their success, or do the Athletics have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
