Despite the loss, Erie still got an impressive performance from Alexandra Pasquarelli, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds. Pasquarelli scored a full 26.8% of Erie's points, the eighth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Caney Valley pushed their record up to 5-2 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for Erie, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-6.
