The Westampton Tech Panthers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their third straight loss. They fell 50-43 to Willingboro. Westampton Tech was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Willingboro apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.
Several Panthers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Shakur Anderson, who scored 14 points along with eight rebounds.
Westampton Tech dropped their record down to 7-9 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Willingboro, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-6.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westampton Tech will challenge Pemberton at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Willingboro, they will head out on the road to face off against Florence Township Memorial at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
