Lily Pate paced McBee's offense, picking up six kills. Pate got some help from Montana Smith and her 16 assists. Emma Fales controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
McBee's loss dropped their record down to 12-3. As for Lewisville, their win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-0.
McBee will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Governor's School for Science & Math at 6:00 p.m. on the 13th. As for Lewisville, they will venture away from home to challenge Lamar at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
