Volleyball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Warren's Eighth in Last Nine Outings

If Harbor Creek wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Warren, they should've done a better job of containing Malysia Sorensen. The Dragons were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Huskies on Tuesday for which the team can thank Sorensen, who had 16 digs and two assists. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 10.3 digs per game.

Warren never let Harbor Creek on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-17, 25-23.

Harbor Creek's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Addison Lucas, who had 12 assists and three aces, and Bailey Sanfrotello, who had nine digs and two assists.

Warren has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-2-2 record this season. As for Harbor Creek, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 8-2 record.
