Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Collinsville Panthers, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They took a 28-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of Southeastern on Friday. Collinsville's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.
It was another big night for Cole Williams, who rushed for 363 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.7 yards per carry. Williams' longest rush was for an incredible 70 yards.
Collinsville's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Southeastern, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.
Collinsville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Southeastern also has no future games currently scheduled.
