Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sulphur Bluff). They blew past the Campbell Indians 61-25 on Friday. With the Bears ahead 32-10 at the half, the game was all but over already.

With the win, Sulphur Bluff broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-11. As for Campbell, their loss was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-14.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sulphur Bluff will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Union Hill at 7:30 p.m. on January 10, 2025. Campbell will also get a bit of a break before their next match: they'll face off against Neches at 3:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
