The Rossville Bulldogs won against the Maur Hill Prep-Mount Academy Ravens last Friday with 64 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. Rossville simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Maur Hill Prep-Mount Academy 64-0 at home. The result was nothing new for Rossville, who have now won four contests by 21 points or more so far this season.
Tayson Horak looked great while leading his team to the win, picking up 52 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while also punching in a touchdown on the ground.
The win (which was Rossville's third in a row) raised their record to 5-3. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 45 points. As for Maur Hill Prep-Mount Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-8.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rossville will take on Riley County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Kansas (Riley County is ranked 85th, while Rossville is ranked 76th). As for Maur Hill Prep-Mount Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Horton at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. Horton comes in on a streak of failing to score more than six points in their last five games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
