The Marathon Red Raiders will square off against the Prentice Buccaneers at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Marathon will be strutting in after a win while Prentice will be coming in after a loss.
Marathon barely beat Pacelli the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Red Raiders blew past the Cardinals 3-0 on Thursday.
While Marathon might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Pacelli scored at least 19 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-23, 25-22.

Among those leading the charge was Leah Dodson, who had nine digs and one assist. Those nine digs gave her a new career-high.
Meanwhile, Prentice came up short against Athens on Tuesday and fell 3-1. The Buccaneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.
Prentice was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Athens work for it, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-20, 18-25, 26-24, 25-18.
Despite the defeat, Prentice saw an underclassman step up: freshman Leah Lord had 51 kills, 17 digs, five aces, and one block. Lord is crushing it when it comes to kills: she's had at least six every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Piper Heikkinen, who had 25 digs and two assists.
Prentice's loss dropped their record down to 19-10. As for Marathon, their victory ended a five-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 12-12.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Tuesday's match: Marathon has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 6.5 aces per game. However, it's not like Prentice struggles in that department as they've been averaging 7.3 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
Marathon beat Prentice 2-0 when the teams last played back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red Raiders since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
