Owen Gorham was another key player,  going 8 of 11  en route to 17 points in addition to eight  rebounds and five  steals.
Climax-Scotts dropped their record down to 1-8 with the  loss, which was their third straight  on the road. As for Mendon, the  win was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-5.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Climax-Scotts will square off against Athens at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Climax-Scotts is facing Athens at the right time seeing as Athens is stuck on  a  four-game losing streak. As for Mendon, they will challenge Bellevue at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday.
