The Lee Park Prep Knights can now show off 14 landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Friday. They breezed by St. Anne Catholic at home to the tune of 70-33. The win was familiar territory for Lee Park Prep who now have four in a row.
Lee Park Prep was led to victory by Cole O' Donoghue and Isaac Watkins. O' Donoghue dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds, while Watkins went 7 for 14 from beyond the arc en route to 31 points and 5 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Watkins has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Tyson, who scored eight points along with nine rebounds and five blocks.
Lee Park Prep's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-4. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 33 points. As for St. Anne Catholic, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-8.
Coincidentally, Lee Park Prep and the Eagles will both be playing the the next time they take the court. St. Anne Catholic will host Providence Classical at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Lee Park Prep will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
