  Jenessa Sanchez made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out ten batters over  seven innings while giving up  three earned runs off   nine  hits. Sanchez was also big at the plate,  going 3-for-3 with two  doubles and two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Harmony Cook was  incredible,  scoring three  runs and  stealing three bases while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was  Lydia Rivera, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-4.
 Madera's record is now 14-9-1. As for Justin Garza,  the  win  got them back to even at 10-10.
 Wednesday's   match will be a test for both team's pitchers. Madera hasn't had any issues making contact this season,  having earned a batting average of .325. However, it's not like Justin Garza struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .316. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
 Everything went Madera's way against Justin Garza in their previous matchup  back in April as Madera made off with  a  15-2 victory.
