Success Unlimited Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Nakai Depina, who scored 24 points along with 7 rebounds and 3 steals. The game was Depina's third in a row with at least ten points. Antony Fenn was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 20 points and 15 rebounds.
Tuscaloosa Christian's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alec Joiner, who scored 14 points along with 6 rebounds. The match was Joiner's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jonathan Schwartz, who scored 13 points along with 6 rebounds.
Success Unlimited Academy pushed their record up to 3-0 with that win, which was their third straight at home. That game will pit two of the most dominant against one another: Caleb Farley and Joiner.
