Last Friday, Harding Fine Arts had to suffer through a rough 57-5 loss at the hands of the Chargers. While losing is never fun, Harding Fine Arts can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 466th, while the Chargers are ranked 206th).
Meanwhile, Star-Spencer's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They took a serious blow against Classen SAS, falling 77-39. Star-Spencer was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-16.
Harding Fine Arts' defeat was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-17. As for Star-Spencer, their loss dropped their record down to 1-14.
Harding Fine Arts was taken down by the Bobcats 59-28 in their previous meeting back in January of 2020. Can Harding Fine Arts avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
