The Frankfort Hot Dogs's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Carroll Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on February 13th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Indiana (Frankfort is ranked 236th, while Carroll is ranked 222nd).
Last Friday, in a tight matchup that could have gone either way, Frankfort made off with a 44-43 win over North Montgomery.
Meanwhile, Carroll pushed their score all the way to 72 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell just short of Sheridan by a score of 75-72. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Tuesday (60), Carroll still had to take the loss.
Frankfort's victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Carroll, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-7.
Frankfort couldn't quite finish off Carroll in their previous meeting back in February of 2023 and fell 47-44. Can Frankfort avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
