It was a good run, but  Mount Si unfortunately witnessed the end of their  five-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Glacier Peak Grizzlies by a score of  49-47. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  defeat the Wildcats have suffered  since January 14th.
 Despite the loss, Mount Si still got an impressive performance from   Brady Hennig, who  went 6-for-15  on his way to 16  points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jimmy Pratapas, who  posted five points and five  rebounds.
Mount Si's loss dropped their record down to 19-7. As for Glacier Peak, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won 16 of their last 17 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-2 record  this season.
 Mount Si will head out on the road to  challenge  Auburn  at 6:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Auburn will roll in looking for their  tenth straight  win, something Mount Si surely won't give up without a fight. As for Glacier Peak, they will face off against West Valley at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. Glacier Peak is on a 12-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), West Valley a five-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court.
