The Norman Tigers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Midwest City and snuck past 63-61. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Keeley Parks continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, shooting 6-for-11 from deep and dropping a double-double on 51 points and ten rebounds. That makes it five consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Norman's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ady Hybl, who scored five points along with four steals.
Norman now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Midwest City, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-1.
