With a playoff win on the line, Decatur rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They managed a 51-47 win over the Arundel Wildcats. The victory was nothing new for the Seahawks as they're now sitting on 12 straight.
Decatur's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Judah Carmack, who went 7-for-10 to rack up 14 points and seven rebounds. That's the most points Carmack has posted since back in December of 2024. Davin Chandler was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 13 points and nine boards.

The contest was Johnson's third in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Javeon Reed, who earned 12 points in addition to five assists and five steals.
Decatur pushed their record up to 23-3 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. As for Arundel, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-11.
Decatur has already played their next matchup, a 57-45 loss against South River on the 6th. Arundel does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
