Make it nine blowout wins for the Sebastian River Sharks this season. They claimed a resounding 48-9 victory over Port St. Lucie at home. The victory was familiar territory for Sebastian River who now have three in a row.
Isabella Bowen was the offensive standout of the contest as she scored 11 points along with seven rebounds. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Samiya Adams, who scored six points along with five steals.
Sebastian River has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. As for Port St. Lucie, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-15.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sebastian River will square off against Melbourne at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Port St. Lucie's road trip will continue as they head out to face Lincoln Park Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 29th.
