Miami Valley Christian Academy led Ohio Valley Athletic in scoring this week after putting up 33 points on St. Bernard-Elmwood Place.
Cincinnati College Prep Academy's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Rayvon Willis threw for 30 yards and Jason Turner had 30 yards receiving. On the ground Orlando Johnson chipped in 86 yards. Aubrey Harris helped Cincinnati College Prep Academy's passing attack out by catching one ball for seven yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Miami Valley Christian Academy takes on Gamble Montessori. Miami Valley Christian Academy is currently in first, while Gamble Montessori is in third.
The Lions made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 12,792 from 13,194. The improvement came about via a 24-6 victory over Riverview East Academy last week.
