After losing to the Rocky Mountain Grizzlies the last time they met, the Glenrock Herders decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Glenrock walked away with a 51-43 win over Rocky Mountain on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back wins for Glenrock.
Rocky Mountain's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cole Minchow, who scored 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Alex Hedges, who scored 9 points along with 7 rebounds.
The win got Glenrock back to even at 2-2. As for Rocky Mountain, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glenrock will face off against Hot Springs County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hot Springs County is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games. Rocky Mountain is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Burlington at 7:00 p.m. on December 12th. One thing working in Burlington's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season.
