Calvary Chapel was led to victory by Josh Lennear and Will Larsen. Lennear threw for 78 yards and two touchdowns, while Larsen gained 106 total yards and two touchdowns. Another big playmaker for Calvary Chapel was Xavier Hernandez, who returned a punt for a touchdown.
Calvary Chapel's win bumped their record up to 4-4. As for Sherman Oaks CES, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 4-4.
