Iroquois is 2-8 against the Bobcats since February of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Iroquois Braves will be playing at home against the Seneca Bobcats at 7:30 p.m. Hopefully Iroquois focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Tuesday.
Even though Iroquois has not done well against the Tigers recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way. Iroquois narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Tigers 43-41.

Meanwhile, Seneca's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. The match between them and Mercyhurst Prep wasn't particularly close, with Seneca falling 66-49.
Iroquois pushed their record up to 10-7 with that victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.4 points per game. As for Seneca, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-13.
Iroquois was able to grind out a solid win over the Bobcats in their previous meeting back in January, winning 55-45. Will Iroquois repeat their success, or do the Bobcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
