Tanner Abbott put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Tuesday. He struck out ten batters over five innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.

Abbott's strong effort led Gridley over Orland and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
