The Los Banos Tigers and the Twelve Bridges Raging Rhinos squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but sadly the Los Banos Tigers had to settle for second. Los Banos was dealt a 53-14 loss at the hands of Twelve Bridges. Los Banos' defeat signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.
Nathan Crawford was on fire for Twelve Bridges: he rushed for 164 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries, and also picked up 43 receiving yards. Crawford is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last four games he's played. Anthony Gallagher also deserves a shout-out for his three touchdowns.
Los Banos' loss dropped their record down to 10-2. As for Twelve Bridges, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.
Los Banos does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Twelve Bridges is on the road again on Friday and play against Casa Roble at 11:00 a.m. on November 24th. Casa Roble is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
