The St. Stephen's Episcopal Spartans will face off against the New Braunfels Thunder Homeschool at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, New Braunfels Thunder waltzed into their game on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They were the clear victors by a 14-1 margin over the Hoplites. The result was nothing new for the Homeschool, who have now won nine contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Immanuel Fuentes made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out ten over four innings pitched. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in nine consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.
In other batting news, Payce Taylor was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing three bases while going 3-for-3. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. New Braunfels Thunder always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .643. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Founders Classical Academy only posted an OBP of .350.
New Braunfels Thunder pushed their record up to 13-6-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for St. Stephen's Episcopal, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.
St. Stephen's Episcopal might still be hurting after the 11-1 loss they got from New Braunfels Thunder in their previous meeting back in March. Will the Spartans have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
