 Hondo's  loss came about despite a quality game from  Araceli Fernandez, who  had 18  digs and one  assist. Fernandez has been hot, having  posted 11 or more  digs the last eight times she's  played.
Meanwhile, Marion came tearing into  Friday's  contest with 13 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by  a  3-0 margin over the Cougars.
