Make it nine blowout wins for the Middlesex Chargers this season. They claimed a resounding 80-46 win over West Point on the road. Winning may never get old, but Middlesex sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Middlesex got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was JaQuan Griffin out in front who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 13 rebounds. Griffin is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Malik Dandy, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 15 rebounds.
Middlesex has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. As for West Point, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-15.
Middlesex will be playing at home against the Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Point, they will head out on the road to take on the Panthers at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
