The Baldwin Indians scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. In a tight match that could have gone either way, they made off with a 59-58 win over West Nassau. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.

Gabriel continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Danasia Baxter, who scored ten points along with five rebounds.
The victory makes it two in a row for Baldwin and bumps their season record up to 5-11. As for West Nassau, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Baldwin will challenge Englewood at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West Nassau, they will head out on the road to take on Baker County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
