After low-scoring totals in their previous three  match, Pueblo South brought some dynamite into their most recent  contest. They came out on top against the Strasburg Indians by a score of  11-7  on Saturday. The  win was a breath of fresh air for the Colts as it put an end to their seven-game losing streak.
 Bella Sniff spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned  (and six unearned) runs on six hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in three consecutive appearances.

 On the hitting side,  Desirae Colby was  incredible,  going 3-for-5 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and three  RBI. Those  three  RBI gave  her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Madisyn Gilliland, who  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  RBI.
 Pueblo South  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .524. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Strasburg only posted  an  OBP of  .353.
The  victory was their first  on the road , bumping their record up to 2-9. As for Strasburg, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3.
 Pueblo South has already played their next game,  a  9-6  win against Pomona on the 6th. As for Strasburg, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  22-12  defeat against Southeast Colorado on the 6th.
