Blake Bierwith of California ran for the longest rushing play in East Bay this season against Washington last week. Bierwith scampered for 53 yards on the play and finished with 193 on the day as his team topped the Huskies.
Foothill was the team made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from fifth to second in the league. The Falcons vanquished Novato 51-6 earlier in the week.
Monte Vista's dynamic duo of Nikita Zamora and Marco Zamora proved tough for Castro Valley to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Zamora threw for 240 yards and Zamora had 126 yards receiving. Erik Mensendiek helped Monte Vista's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 56 yards.
The Mustangs' dynamic duo of Zamora and Zamora proved to be unstoppable against the Trojans, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
Zamora was the best receiver in the league this week as Monte Vista lost to Castro Valley.
Zamora put up the best numbers through the air as the Mustangs fell to Nic McMaster's team.
Bierwith was the most successful running back in East Bay this week. Zac Guardino also contributed to the rushing game with 37 yards on the ground.

Zamora has thrown for 240 yards this season, while Zamora, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 6 catches for 126 yards. Bierwith from California leads the league in rushing with 193 yards.
San Ramon Valley scaled the state rankings by moving to 92 from 123 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Wolves climbed the ranks as a result of beating Buhach Colony 67-30.
