Section 6 Freelance recap October 8, 2013
Mike Geiger of Nichols ran for the longest rushing play in Section 6 Freelance this season against Finney/Northstar Christian Academy last week. Geiger scampered for 85 yards on the play and finished with 132 on the day as his team defeated the Falcons.
Nichols took down Finney/Northstar Christian Academy 30-8 last week, the largest margin of any game. Geiger ran for 132 yards in the win.
Nichols' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Vikings feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Steve Glinski has thrown for 237 yards and 1 touchdown this season, while Jordan Tyson has 5 catches for 104 yards.
Colin Brinson's team led the league in scoring this week by notching 30 points on the Falcons. Geiger during the win.
