Peak to Peak extended their home winning streak to 11 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Elijah Eschmeyer. The Peak to Peak Pumas put the hurt on the Elizabeth Cardinals with a sharp 75-51 win on Friday which was due in part to Eschmeyer, who shot 40% from the field to rack up 25 points along with six rebounds and three steals. That's the most points he has posted since back in January of 2024.
The team also got some help courtesy of Tysen Burton, who went 7-for-11 en route to 17 points in addition to five boards and three steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 11 games he's played.
Peak to Peak has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.8 points over those games. The defeat snapped Elizabeth's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-13 record.
