They came out on top against Hampton Park Christian by a score of 56-45 on Friday. The victory was familiar territory for Temple Christian Academy who now have 19 in a row.
Jeramy Trangmar was his usual excellent self, scoring 21 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. That makes it five consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Temple Christian Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Eli Holbrook, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds and four steals.
Temple Christian Academy pushed their record up to 24-3 with that win, which was their 12th straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.8 points per game. As for Hampton Park Christian, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-5.
Temple Christian Academy will head out on the road to challenge Easley HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Temple Christian Academy's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 14 games. Hampton Park Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
