On Friday, Life Academy suffered a rough 76-50 defeat at the hands of AIMS College Prep.
AIMS College Prep's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Caleb Ketema, who scored 19 points along with seven steals and five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Ketema has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Nahom Solomon, who scored eight points along with 11 assists and five steals.
Life Academy now has a losing record at 2-3. As for AIMS College Prep, they pushed their record up to 13-5 with that victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Life Academy will take on Leadership Public Schools Richmond at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for AIMS College Prep, they will head out on the road to take on Coliseum College Prep Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
