Lewisville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Trinity Baker, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Baker has scored at least 25% of Lewisville's points. Mariah Wallace was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 16 points and 12 steals.
North Central's defeat was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-2. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 14.1 points per game. As for Lewisville, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
